Hello. My name is Joe Pacovsky. I hold a degree in mechanical engineering and graduate degree in industrial and management systems engineering. I began my career at Hormel. For 26 years, I served as the Manager of Marshfield, WI's municipal utility, a utility similar to Austin's and Blooming Prairie's where I improved reliability and maintained low utility rates. If elected, I promise to work every day to create opportunities for the workers of District 23B and its family farms.
